Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds for our gardening and plant consultation services must be requested within 2 days (48 hours) of the service date.
Requesting a Refund
- To request a refund, please submit an Inquiry from the home page with the following information:
- Your full name
- Contact information (email address and phone number)
- Date and time of the service
- A detailed description of the issue
- Any relevant images or documentation supporting your request
Evaluation of Refund Requests
- All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We aim to respond to your request within 5 business days.
Refund Approval
- Refunds will only be approved if:
- The service was not provided as described.
- There were significant issues with the service that were beyond your control and not related to external factors (e.g., weather, soil conditions, etc.).
Non-Refundable Services
- Refunds will not be issued for the following:
- Garden starter kits once onsite setup has begun, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
- Services where the request is made more than 2 days after the service date.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective garden starter kits or materials, please contact us within 2 days of receipt with:
- Images of the damaged or defective product
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
Withdraw and Cancellation Policy
- Consultations:
- Consultations can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 10%.
Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
